In the past three years, our team has grown from a few friends to almost 30. That’s why we thought it was a good time to stop for a moment to think about who we are as a team and what we believe in. We all put our heads together to identify the values that guide us in everything we do, and voilà – here they are.

Giving and receiving honest feedback helps us make better decisions, faster. By making sure everyone is heard we can improve our results and communication. We also encourage this by facilitating weekly retrospectives.

It’s vital for us to constantly learn and be creative. We are open to trying new things and changing our focus, if needed. We encourage each team members personal development, if there's something new they want to learn.

For us, quality means doing things in a professional way and paying attention to detail. It means caring about our users, and not delivering a product or content that’s just good – it needs to be great.
